A second-generation official NASA space artist, Chris Calle, along with his late father, Paul, have designed more official space postage than any other artist in history. As the only artist present during the breakfast & suiting up of the Apollo 11 crew, Paul Calle's hand sketches have become iconic renderings of Neil, Mike, & Buzz just before stepping into history. Chris' artwork is in the permanent collections of the National Air & Space Museum, National Portrait Gallery, NASA, Smithsonian Museums, and major private collections worldwide. Chris joins us our Artist Coordinator for MISSION:60s!
