Lisa Young - Supervisory Conservator at the National Air and Space Museum
Lisa Young is a Supervisory Conservator at the National Air and Space Museum, where she has worked since 1999. She has led major conservation efforts, including the conservation of Neil Armstrong's spacesuit worn on the moon. Lisa has worked extensively on Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo spacecraft including Apollo 11 Command Module “Columbia”. We are excited to welcome Lisa and the National Air & Space Museum as a guest speaker to MISSION:60s.
